Total Liability Cap: Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if no payment was made, a nominal amount as determined by applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cairo, Egypt. You consent to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Arbitration: Notwithstanding the above, the parties may mutually agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Applicable Legal Framework: These Terms comply with the Egyptian Civil Code, the Egyptian Commercial Code, the Egyptian Constitution, and all relevant Egyptian laws and regulations governing commercial transactions and consumer protection.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heroes Real Estate, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from:

• •Any harmful or illegal conduct on the Platform

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Egypt, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
